Equality rights need training and records

You can use a complaint process to ask for the training, records and measures that make equality rights real.

How you can use it

1. 1Ask who is trained, what is recorded, and how equality is checked.
2. 2Lodge a complaint if there is no implementation.
3. 3Ask an advocate to follow it up.

What a violation looks like

The State has no training, records or oversight to give equality rights practical effect.
