Your care must be checked, not forgotten

If you are in a placement or receiving treatment, it must be reviewed regularly. You can say what is working and what is not.

How you can use it

1. 1Ask when your care will next be reviewed.
2. 2Prepare what is working, what is unsafe and what you want changed.
3. 3Ask for the decision, reasons and next date in writing.

What a violation looks like

Nobody reviews your placement, or reviews happen without you.

Words you can use

“When is my next review, and how will my views be recorded?”

If speaking is hard, write it, draw it, send a message, or ask a trusted adult to say it with you.
