A young worker can join a lawful union and raise unsafe conditions without retaliation.

How you can use it

1. 1Ask a trusted adult or union how to join.
2. 2Raise the unsafe condition in writing if you can.
3. 3If punished for speaking, tell the union, a lawyer or a labour inspector.

A young worker is punished for joining a union or raising unsafe conditions.
