Alive

You have the right to live, to grow, and to have what your body needs.

Morning light on a table. Bread. Water. A kettle clicking off. Someone packing a lunch as if the day is allowed to happen. This is a right, not a favour: food, water, a place to rest, care when you are unwell. Your life is not something you earn. It is something the world is meant to keep.

Every colour is open. Wander wherever you like.

I wonder

There are no wrong answers. Open a question because you are curious.

Hunger, thirst, sleep, medicine, a quiet minute — these are not small. They are the first colour of your rights.

A cook, a nurse, a parent, a neighbour with spare fruit. Rights live in people who notice.

Not the child's. Grown-ups and governments share this duty. A right is a promise bigger than one kitchen.
