Fair

Every child has these rights. No one is left out.

A circle where the light falls on every face. Fair does not mean identical. It means no child is worth less because of how they look, how they move, how they learn, who their family is, where they were born, or what they believe. If a door is built too narrow, we change the door — not the child.

I wonder

There are no wrong answers. Open a question because you are curious.

Look at stairs, language, uniforms, jokes. Fairness starts with noticing the edges.

Same is one size. Fair is what each child needs so they can belong as themselves.

Both memories matter. Rights are for the child in front of you, including you.

Look at a place you use this week. Ask: who is this built for? Who has to squeeze? Share one change that would make more room.
