Safe
You have the right to be kept from harm, and to be believed if you tell.
A porch light left on. A hand to hold on a dark street. A teacher who does not look away. Safety is not a prize for being good. It is the air you are owed. If someone hurts you, it is never your fault. You have the right to tell, and the right to be believed.
Every colour is open. Wander wherever you like.

There are no wrong answers. Open a question because you are curious.
A room, a person, a time of day. Knowing your safe places is a kind of map.
Practise the name. A trusted adult is part of this right — you should not have to carry a secret that hurts.
Shoulders drop. Breath comes back. That feeling is what adults are meant to offer.
Try this
Name two people you could tell if something felt wrong. If you cannot think of two, tell a grown-up you need another safe person. That is a right, too.
